I haven't any idea - head stuff done by workshops has alway seemed exy to
me, I guess it's labour intensive and there's a high cost outlay for the
specialist tools. If I was in your position I'd look at the wreckers for an
A87/W53 head with steel seats that's in good condition. You'll pay ~$50 plus
$80-$100 for a service so if you can get the seats replaced in yours for
$150 you're even as you're up for a VRS & coolant with either option. Give a
head service shop a call.
