Probably more than the head is worth unless it's had a lot of other improvements or needs guides replaced like most A87's still in use. You should get away with 1 tank in 4 LRP and the other three Optimax. The valve seats don't recess overnight but I guess my suggestion would always give you some doubts every time you hear a tap under the bonnet.
