Probably more than the head is worth unless it's had a lot of other
improvements or needs guides replaced like most A87's still in use. You
should get away with 1 tank in 4 LRP and the other three Optimax. The valve
seats don't recess overnight but I guess my suggestion would always give you
some doubts every time you hear a tap under the bonnet.

yeah i wasnt doubting that, just seems weird, out off all the heads, i would
have thought my a87 would be steel, any idea how much it will cost m to get
them changed to steel????
