Mark,
Is it possible that these cars have a small circuit breaker in
conjunction with a fuse? If so it will need to be reset. I don`t know where
they would be though.
Have you tried putting back the original wiring and running a
seperate power source?
TEST the fuses, don`t just look at them as sometimes they can look
OK. Just get a known one that`s good and replace it into the parking light
circuit.
Speaking of which, what other items are powered by this circuit
(should indicate on fuse panel) and do they also work?
