try a 12" channellock.  It has to grab at an angle, but it a lot 
easier then trying to get a wrench in to the bottom of the primer 
pump.  Ant the IF you get a wrench on  it, you have to turn it with 
no space.  You have to have a crows foot or use the 
vice-grip/channellock cheat.
