Yeah, I'm not building a lunar lander here, just trying to get some
readings off a 26yo car (or a 31yo car, or a 14yo truck). For $30 my
expectations are not that high.

If someone buys one of the HF gauge sets and tries to use it in a repair
shop capacity yeah it won't last long. For people who will use it once
or twice a year (me for example) it's been fine so far.
