BS. Last year's models ALWAYS get discounted when the new year models come out. Dealers do not make money hanging on to last year's inventory. I would recommend buying used from a private seller. Dealers do this every day and they know every trick for getting you to pay more than you intended to. Watch out for dealers masquerading as private sellers. Or maybe look at a place like CarMax. I wouldn't trust them either but people I've talked to are happy with them.
