Roger: What kind of enzymes do you use? Kaleb: Many factors effect needed pump-out interval, like tank size, number of people using the system, use of bleach in laundry, and solids like laundry lint, food prep/cleanup particles, etc. The goal is to keep solids (and oils) out of the leach field. Eventually, solids and sludge will build up in the tank and require pumping. Pump-outs are cheap, fast, and easy. Leach field replacement is not any of those.
