So, bleach into a septic system is a no-no? Our septic system is 21 years old this year and has never been pumped. It's been working great (knocking on wood). We asked about pumping it when we bought the place 6 years ago, and the pumping guys said that we'd know when it needs to be done by the sewage backing up in the house.
