I was threatened with BP meds 15 years ago - did some research and used
this instead:

I drank 4-5 cups a day for a year, and never heard another mention of meds.
I'm down to two cups a day now and doing fine - pass my flight physical
without issues.
My wife likes it, I tolerate it.
