Alon, what's the point of sending these instructions to... the meta list??
I supposed you meant to send it to other lists...

Once upon a time we had an assembly@ list for exactly this purpose. What's
wrong with that? In my personal opinion, if an Hamakor *full member* is not
interested in pre-voting discussion, he or she does not deserve to be a
member (and will proabably not even bother to come to vote, and give us
quorum problems).
