Well, before MiamiSSL even existed, the registration fee for Miami was
$35.  Now, registered Miami without MiamiSSL costs $35, and registered
Miami with MiamiSSL costs $35.  You do the arithmetic.

Depends on the particular file.  The SSL module is 136688 bytes before
MIME encoding, which should make it around 182K encoded.
