Some possibilities:
1. Wait for Holger to respond.
2. MiamiRegister won't resubmit the code if you have a valid "Miami.key1" -
could you do a "list Miami:#?key#?" and report that here?
3. Move existing Miami keys to a safe location, and submit the code. If they
get 'out of sync' later, so what? Restore the old keys.
