I've already paid for it.

This is wrong.

The second step of the procedure (after you pay) is to send in your liscence
code.  This is not working.  

Does anybody know what I have to do in order to try again?  After you've
submitted the code once, MiamiRegister won't let you do it again incase
files get "out of sync".
