How do you know that? Have you actually tried purchasing a brand-new
registration from a credit-card number? If you're so certain that it
won't work, the experiment shouldn't cost you anything.
Also note that the license code displayed in the Miami(Dx) About box is
*never* the correct thing to enter into MiamiRegister. MiamiRegister only
accepts credit-card numbers and upgrade/purchase "ticket" numbers.
