We like it here, despite the current weather! The Offshore Europe Conference and Exhibition (commonly known locally as "The Oil Show") is held in the first week of September in odd numbered years. Finding accommodation within 30 miles of Aberdeen, when it is on, is what we in the oilfield call a "challenge"! I.e. b-near impossible. The travel companies do block bookings two years in advance.
