Oh, and before I forget, I would do this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I would order a copy of Rereading Fluency, Process, Practice, and Policy by Bess Altwerger, Nancy Jordan, and Nancy Rankie Shelton and I would read it at least once!! And I would discontinue my membership in AFT if I had one.
