Hello all, Thanks to all who responded to my post. The thoughts and wisdom were so appreciated. I am able to take the posts and combine all the ideas to begin our journey of the Title program. We hired a gal last week and she starts tomorrow. She will spend time with me and we will work to implement reading in a way that benefits students' individual needs. I am fortunate that my principal fought to avoid a "canned program". So we are diving in! Wish us luck! And thanks again your comments and experience give me a foundation! It takes a village and very glad to be in the Mosaic Village. hehe
