Hi Jason

I can now see that you have put the new gcd function declarations in
the files where they are used rather than in gmp_h.in.  And the gcd
code does seem to be the new code.

Si I don't think there was anything wrong with SVN - just with my
expectations of where the declarations would turn up.

My apologies for being mistaken about this. So we still have a
performace mystery.
