Anarky, You've got a lot information regarding DNS now. Your 
problem is almost 100% certain to be at your ISP's end. Most 
modern ISP's assign DNS-numbers automatically, which works fine, 
provided you have a DHCP client running. That's why so many 
people here advised you to check the *dynamic* option i the 
dialers' setup.

However, there are instances when an ISP use *static* DNS. For 
example, when I had an account from AT&T here in Denmark, I had 
to check *static* - and then manually fill in the numbers in 
dotted notation. That did the trick. Of course, you need to know 
those numbers. Only way to get them is from your ISP.
