You burn it to a CD. It's an ISO file. That means it's a CD "image". You
don't just copy the file to your CD but rather tell your CD Burner program
to "create a CD from an image". Point it to the ISO file you downloaded
onto your HD.

Then, you can put that CD in your CD-ROm and reboot. Knoppix comes up if
all goes well. Ask Dr. Google if you're still unclear what an ISO is or
how Knoppix works. :)
