Yes I checked all four fuses and there OK .what puzzles me is with the high 
beam switch on I have running lights and no headlight. But on low beam nothing 
and I pulled the battery and its missing half of its acid. So I'm taking to the 
parts store. By the way thanks for the help.

More likely you burned out elements. Did you check all your lighting fuses?

Higher voltage means you're pulling more current for a given resistance, to
match the higher voltage across the element.

Your Exactly right I told the head mechanic what happened and he said it
was too much volts for the bike, so I'm sure I fired some wire's, o well I
have all winter too fix it. I do live in Erie pa and winter will be here
