You can reuse the washer, use any oil you like as long as it has a JASO MA 
rating (safe for motorcycles). Though cheap diesel oil is safe, do to its low 
additive content. It's far more important to change it frequently than the 
quality of the oil IMHO.

Also, where do you get the drain plug washers? The Haynes manual I have
says to replace them at each oil change, but it doesn't list a part number
or anything.
