I do not have any hard data, but my suspicion is that 90+% of users leave their
browser settings as-is, or at best do simple tweaking of the built-in security
settings (e.g: "no third-party cookies"). Even if true, I am not suggesting
that that means we can safely ignore the 2% (or what have you) that might use
NoScript, etc.
