Maybe check what the (response waiting) timeout period is

Email will suddenly stop updating in Outlook. Forcing a send/receive and restarting doesn't help. What does seem to help is taking Outlook offline, then back online. Doesn't anyone have a permanent solution for this? Its been an on and off issue for just one person for quite some time out. Thanks, Jimmy
