Daisy Suryo kalo gak salah memang Rp 4000, cuman toolsnya DCF dan
Multiple. Kalo pake metode itu mungkin hitungan saya juga bisa sampe
kesana bahkan lebih. Buat OB beda dikit lah. mana yg bener? 2-2nya
bener. Valuasi itu cuman aproximasi, tergantung comfortnya masing2
pengguna aja. Sell siders mungkin memang cenderung forward-based tp
buy-siders secara natural emang biasanya agak defensif valuasinya
(soalnya ambil posisi). Daisy jg mungkin lebih confident sama level
produksi en operasi Bumi.
