Look at what I said, guys: "at least 60% of the work must be covered under the OGL, and
contain D20SRD derived OGC." I *DID NOT* say "at least 60% must be OGC."

*shakes head*. Where did anyone ever get the idea that I was opposd to profitable open
games? I just said that the majority (or all) of something using the D20STL should be
covered under the OGL--either as OGC or PI.

Note: a requirement to follow the OGL *ISN'T* a negative, although it might be
superfluous.

Who said that? As far as *I* care, you can put whatever you want into your game--it
just
has to make sense.
For example, there's no reason to have monsters included in an adventure that doesn't
include an encounter with them.
