It is not a common term of art. While it's in the pocket edition above, it is not listed at all in the Sixth Ed. of Black's Law Dictionary (full size version-1990). It is listed with a very different definition in The American Heritage Dictionary, 2nd College Edition as: "n. 1.The act of drinking. 2.A drink, esp. an alcoholic beverage.
