doesn't work and they want to help.

I think that the debating style used by some has delayed consensus.

We are here for discussion and often it seems that the tone is disagreement and 
argument.

I am comfortable with the fact that the several PPMC members who are also forum 
admins will be able to provide enough oversight for the PPMC, and likely the 
Incubator PMC and Apache Infrastructure.

Does one of you want to write a proposal?
