As mentioned before we can use only "OBS" and as explanation of acronym, it stood for openSUSE Build Service. The same thing that happened with S.u.S.E. conversion to SUSE, from Software und System Entwicklung to SUSE. Previous name has only historic value. "OBS a build service", for instance sounds good too me.
