Thanks Michiel, that seems to be working but now I am running into another problem. I go to http://server/otrs/index.pl and I am greeted with the login page. I enter my default user name as "r...@localhost" and password "root", It seems to try to connect but finally the browser gives up with the following: The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. # The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. # If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. # If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. I clean up cookies, restart the server instance, restart the database again same thing with no luck. I was using mysql database but I changed to postgres. In both instances I get the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks.. Deniz.
