OK.. I have a twentieth anniversary macintosh running on 9.2.2 with a
G3 @ 500 Mhz... nice. (and firewire, & USB)
BUT, I seem to have a problem with the video. I know not if anyone
else has this problem, nor have I heard about it anywhere. this only
happens with video files (.mov, .mpg, .avi) and NOT with the S-video
input or TV-tuner.
Basically there are green marks flowing down the screen whenever you
play a videofile ON THE TAM (Twentieth Anniv Mac) they kinda look
like "data" flowing down the screen during a matrix movie.
I do have some screen-shots I have been able to take, and I am sure I
could post them to who-ever wanted to see it/recognize it my email
is pasha [at] svaha [dot] com for those files/requests
SO. running quicktime 6.0.3, MacOS 9.2.2, 128MB RAM, this is the
only box it seems to do that with. I *could* upgrade to 10 (in
theory) using XPostFacto, but then it is limited to 250mhz on a 603e,
not 500 on G3 in the L2 slot. and I guess that could only run with
10, 10.1, or 10.2.
Ideas? suggestions? rumors? thoughts? repairs?
