It says (among other things) "Agfa prefers soft landing instead of total crash."


This is more than a common rumor. The boss is cited and subsequent denials are 
probably mostly for the shareholders and the unions. 
In Scandinavia, digital is approaching 50% of the market - this must have a serious 
impact and makes one wonder what the market will looks like in 5 years. 

I do believe that film will be around for along time; there are still millions of 
cameras that needs film. However, both developments and selection will most likely 
decrease dramatically in the next few years.
