I never leave feedback as a seller until I get positive feedback first from the buyer because this confirms they got the item and are satisfied with it and the transaction is completed. If a seller leaves feedback before the buyer, he has no recourse for crazy negatives or negative feedback threats or extortions...
Likewise, as a buyer I dont expect a postive until after I leave one for the seller first to let them know we are done with the deal.
