Go and let your lens to be repaired or replaced. There's something wrong
with it. The one I tested was absolutely noiseless and not much slower on
focusing than FA50/1.4.
I've put a service request in with Pentax. Seeing as how the lens is less
than a month old and came to me noisy, I'm asking for a replacement.
We'll see what they say.
