John,
The legal threat of stiff fines is happening at Chipotle, the Mexican
restaurant.
You can read about it in the newspaper, but my local restaurant has
had 100% turnover.
There were no Hispanics working there the last time we visited.
The sad commentary is that these folks were probably better employees
than the gringos who replaced them.
