Since Altium is no longer publishing any prices anywhere on their website, it is clear that they are going to the sales model where they offer each customer different prices and discounts based on what they think they can get out of a customer and what they think will motivate that customer. While you may have been offered a 10% discount, others an Australia may have been quoted twice that price and offered a 50% discount -- we will never know.
