When some weird behavior shows up as was reported at the beginning of 
this thread, one can look at it in two ways, both valid:

(1) What a nuisance! I can't safely ignore it because it *might* have 
something to do with something important. But I've gotta get this job 
out the door....

(2) Aha! An opportunity to learn more, perhaps *much* more, about Protel....

It's possible -- and appears to have happened -- that the problem 
will be fixed without ever knowing what was wrong in the first place. 
In this event, the nuisance factor is relieved -- until and unless it 
happens again -- but the learning opportunity may have been missed. 
This can be rectified if there is time, if not, well, then not.
