Hi Alison, at the Textile Museum we are gradually replacing our older brush-style door sweeps with neoprene ones like the ones here <https://www.tmhardware.com/Door-Bottom-Stainless-Steel-Casing-5-16-Neoprene-Seal.html?sku=PK315SSN%7C36>and here <https://www.tmhardware.com/automatic-door-bottom-surface-mounted-heavy-duty-sponge-neoprene-seal-1-drop.html?sku=TH361AA%7C32>. Both have been working great for us, although I'm not sure if the wider style would work for a very uneven floor. If you go with the thinner style, like what you're looking at, one thing I would suggest is to be sure to really secure the ends of the door sweep near the outer edge; we have one like that on a door we use very often, and the outer edge of the door sweep has a tendency to get caught on carts and shoes and get bent out of alignment because we haven't yet added an extra screw to secure it.
