The Picture Gallery plugin shows up under Extras, and it shows up both on the device and on the server web interface, but not as a choice with Screen Switcher. To get to Screen Switcher, on the Touch I go to Settings > Screen > Screensavers > Screen Switcher Settings. From there I can choose a status and then Screensaver. My choices then are None, five different clocks, Favorite Pictures, five Flickr variations, Image Viewer, Now Playing, and Screen Off.
