The log entries mean that SrvrPowerCtrl is making the attempt to program the RTC wakealarm.
How old is your machine? Most hardware that is less than 4 years old (I think) ought to work with this. My personal experience with older hardware and linux is that my machines from, say the 2002-2008 era did not. So, do you have a daily alarm set for 7:30 am? If so, then SrvrPowerCtrl is doing it's job and the fault may be with your hardware. Or something else. Can you find entries in /var/log/squeezeboxserver/server.log that match up execution time-wise with the srvrpowerctrl.log entries? You'd be looking for a x returned x statement which would indicate if SrvrPowerCtrl thinks the rtc programming script succeeded. -- gharris999 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ gharris999's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=115 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=48521 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
