I agree with what you say, but why not give the NAME of the person. I am sure
there are many like me who do not know, or have forgotten the name.
I have long and often said to everyone that it is pontless voting when voting
is not transparent.
For many years I supported the Dems. by way of donations, personal service
that includes traveling to meetings and rallies, putting out yard signs,
manning gates at rallies, getting others to volunteer. So much so that many
thought I was a paid worker.
I was the only one in Florida to have hosted a Conference call with Kerry and
others in 2004 and raised $600.00, which was turned over to the Miami Dems.
Apparently it was not enough as they did not think it worth their time to
send me a letter or email of thanks, even after I complained at their lack of
good manners.
I wish them luck, but I will never again donate or do the things I once did.
More so when they hesitate to be forceful in the matter of the secret voting
system.
Only consolation is that Sen. Bob Graham never fail to approach me where ever
we may be to stop and have a chat and shake hands and thank me for the support
over the years.

Who better to run for president than someone who owns the (private) voting
machine company (not for us, but for them)- the only one in that state who
had a stunning victory against a Democrat when he was elected to the
Senate when votes were counted on his voting machines and he never
disclosed the fact and the law in that state has been written to keep
anyone from looking at those machine totals unless you are an employee of
that company (or the guy running for president). AND he is a Republican in
a state which traditionally went Democrat. Imagine that...

And, why do we have private, for profit companies in charge of voting?
They call it democracy??
