Every County in Tennessee issues "Marriage Licenses"; but no county in
Tennessee will "marry" two individuals. Why? Because marriage is, and
always has been an ecclesiastical function. Since the 1950s, Tennessee
has had civil authorities grant marriages, but only after one has obtained
a Tennessee "Marriage License"; whereas no marriage license is required to
be married in the eyes of God within a Church, before a Minister or Pastor.

Funny how that works.....But then again, according to you, our Founding
Fathers and America in general never was influenced by Christianity.....
