Yes, I read it. It was turned down because there was no offer of proof, NOT because Barack has shown anyone a birth certificate.
MOST cases that go before the court are turned away for procedural problems. It has nothing to do with the veracity of the claim made. It is a simple fax asking that the Vault Copy be released....... Why won't he do it ?? All of this would go away. I personally believe him and his campaign. However only ONE piece of paper that exists to make that proof/claim good and he will not come forward with it. Kinda like posting with a bogus link.
