As far as the tight formation thing didn't require anything more than
watching the news. Two forces, main and support. Cavalry and Infantry
all together, all taking the same damn roads. One West, then North,
the other just straight to Baghdad. Hell, I remember Wolf Blitzer
putting maps up! A grand total of two WMDs and we would have been
toast. But we knew there were none.
I thought you were former military. My mistake on that too. We've
known since the 50's that you break up forces and spread them out over
the largest land area possible (but always within quick reach of each
other), if there is any hint of WMD. Ask anyone with any experience at
all in warfare.
And btw, I've never insulted you. That's in your character.
