My position is just this.... your contention is correct, the American people are abusers and irresponsible. To take a child to the doctor for a common cold is an abuse of the system, it is also irresponsible. To use an emergency room for a kitchen cut is an abuse, it is also irresponsible. The list is long and almost endless.
I do not contradict myself, i contradict your idea of what you think I am saying as you are too used to people not saying exactly what they mean, this is endemic with Amis.
