I'm talking about the disparity of the price, the services, equipment and
facilities are equal to if not better than the US. US insurances are
accepted for payment .... What we do not have are a proliferation
of mal-practice suits or the Government dictating treatment or medications
to the physicians. We also have home visit nursing (minimum twice a
year) and Dr. house visits when someone is ill.

regardless of the disparity in income (US, CR) we have no untreated or
uninsured here. People (including one ex-president) that abuse the system do
go to jail for doing so.
