I can go to the private sector here (Costa Rica) and get an MRI or CAT Scan for 200.00USD (or free if I wait a week for the public system)... They use the same equipment and training as the outlets in the US do, and I can get the response (diagnoses) that same day from a Georgetown (U of Miami for public system) trained physician....
