If any 'group' in America gets an unfair advantage, my New Constitution will even the playing field. --- who gets to decide what's unfair?
A person's representative will be enjoined, by my Constitution, from listening to the wishes of any persons other than their constituents. --- good And the US Capital will be closed to all outsiders except for those on guided tours, or representatives of the President --- including AIPAC? It shall be a felony for any group or special interest to lobby members of the House. And also a felony for special interests to contact any representative other than their one rep. from their home district. Similarly, it is a felony for any 'big wig' to contact a representative under the auspices of acting on behalf of a particular group or organization. In short: All law abiding individuals are empowered, fairly as individuals. But all group-against-group routes to supposed power will be disallowed from ever again acting as intermediaries between the People and their government. Most conspicuous in this regard is the outlawing of political parties, and making it a civil offense to pigeon hole any person as: left or right; liberal or conservative. Note: To allow the latter labeling would have the effect of letting this country continue to be… “split-down- the-aisle”.
