Shit happens is right, shit happens to companies that are negligent also. The spinach was recalled for a reason moron. The spinach maker has had million$ in legal settlements because they were found negligent, not because of something beyond their control. It wasn't because some kid didn't wash his hands, or a dog pooped in the spinach field, it was because they sprayed it with manure and didn't wash it thoroughly. Now my niece has pain, lost wages and has to live with the consequences the rest of her life if not have a serious surgery.
