I'm in NJ, but she lives in Omaha and called me up to ask me about it.

Of course they'll say it's idiopathic, but whether a jury buys that
explanation is another story.
While I did have diverticulitis, there' is no family history of such
ailments.
She's certain the spinach at Panera's caused her condition.

I doubt that her colitis can be proven to be caused by the E.coli
infection, but she might have legal recourse as far as getting the
E.coli from the producer.
Then I wonder if all recalled spinach was tested from where it was
recalled...but I doubt it.
Yet another way these companies can hide from their responsibilities,
while these idiot ideologue conservatives cry 'no health care, no
regulations'.
Yeah let's let the companies kill all of us off and not be held
responsible.
Very frustrating.
